Camera notice
Fields and courts with CourtShot signs are recorded on video. Recordings stay on site for a few days and only go online when a player, team, or league requests their session. Online videos are deleted after 14 days. No audio is recorded. We don’t use face recognition.
What's recorded
Video of the marked fields and courts during the hours the venue chooses. No audio.
Who can see it
Only the player, team, or league that requests a session, plus anyone they share a view-only link with. Venue staff can't browse player videos.
How long it's kept
On the recorder at the venue: a few days, then overwritten. Online: 14 days after a video is ready, then deleted.
Opt out or request a takedown
Anyone can ask us to take down a video or opt out of future recordings. A video can be put on hold right away while we review.
Make a requestMinors
Venues can block off youth program hours, so nobody can record during them. CourtShot accounts are for adults (18+).
