Scan the QR sign on your field or court before you play, pick your time, and check out. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
How much does it cost?
Pricing will be announced when we launch at your field or court.
How do I pay?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card, through Stripe.
How long until my video is ready?
We’ll email you as soon as it’s ready.
How long do I have my video?
Two weeks. We’ll email you 3 days before it expires, and again the day before.
Can I keep it?
Yes. Download it, or save it to your Google Drive.
Can I share it?
Yes. Make a share link and send it to anyone. Share links are view-only.
There are two cameras on my field. Do I get both?
Yes. You get every angle recorded for your game. Most indoor soccer fields have two cameras.
My friends want the video too.
Send them a share link so they can watch it.
Is there sound?
No. We only record video.
Will there be highlights?
AI highlights and stats are coming soon.
What if I don’t want to be filmed?
Every recorded area has signs linking to our camera notice. You can request a takedown or opt out anytime with our online form, and venues can block off times so nothing gets recorded.
Venues
What does it cost us?
Nothing. We buy, install, and maintain the equipment. We make money when players and leagues pay, and you get a share.
What’s the revenue share?
It depends on your facility and how you run your programs. Let’s talk.
Do my staff have to do anything?
No. The cameras record on their own, and players get their videos themselves. If anyone asks, your staff can just point them to the QR sign.
What do you need from us?
A spot for a small locking cabinet with a power outlet, an internet connection, places to mount the cameras, and permission to put up signs.
Will it slow down our Wi-Fi?
We throttle uploads during your open hours and catch up when you’re closed or quiet. The cameras run on their own separate network.
Do we need to open any ports or change our network?
No inbound ports. If you’d rather give us an Ethernet port or a separate network, we’re happy to use it.
What about kids and youth programs?
You choose which hours get recorded, and youth program times can be blocked so nobody can record them. Our accounts are for adults (18+).
What if someone doesn’t want to be filmed?
Signs at every entrance link to our camera notice. Anyone can request a takedown or opt out online, and you can put a video on hold immediately.
What happens if a camera breaks?
We get alerted automatically, try fixes remotely, and replace hardware if needed. It’s our equipment and our job.
Which sports work?
Indoor soccer on turf, basketball, and pickleball first. Volleyball, badminton, and most other indoor court and field sports work too. Ask us about yours.
When do you install?
We schedule installs around your hours, before you open or after you close.
Privacy
I don’t want to be filmed. What can I do?
Use our request form to opt out or ask for a takedown. Venues can also block off times so nothing gets recorded, and every recorded area has signs linking to our camera notice.
How do I get a video taken down?
Fill out the request form at getcourtshot.com/privacy/request. A video can be put on hold right away while we review it.
Do you use face recognition?
No.
How long do you keep footage?
Footage stays on our recorder at the venue for a few days, then it’s overwritten. Only requested games go online, and they’re deleted 14 days after they’re ready.
Who can see my video?
Only the people who got it, plus anyone they send a link to. Share links are view-only. Venue staff can’t browse player videos.
What about kids?
Venues can block youth program hours so nobody can record them. CourtShot accounts are for adults (18+).
